When i first started going to shows in High School at ABC NO RIO, some of the people who volunteered there said i looked like Charles Maggio from RORSCHACH. As i was only there to see Choking Victim and Dead Nation (you know bands I was familiar with) I had no idea who they were talking about. Fast forward a few years, musical tastes expanded a little, getting into the likes of Chisel and Rye Coalition i would go see these bands at Maxwell's alot. Someone Pointed out who Charles was to me, and you know what we could be distant cousins. When RORSCHACH played at Chaos In Tejas the other year someone I had corresponded with about a show but never met in person, introduced me to their Wife as Charles Maggio.
It is only fitting that I announce today that my Doppelgangers band RORSCHACH will be playing a show on Saturday May 26th at Le Poission Rouge in NYC. This is a Joint venture with 1000 KNIVES and HARDCORE GIG VOLUME. We are still working on the Line up for the show, but wanted to get tickets up for the show in Advance.
TICKETS ARE ON SALE TODAY they are available online and at the LPR box office located at the venue. We will be announcing the rest of the bill as soon as we get everything confirmed.
Rich and I are very happy to be working with RORSCHACH this time around. If you were at Chaos In Tejas a few years back you know how amazing they were.
