HARD SKIN / FORGETTERS / THE RIVAL MOB / PERDITION on FRIDAY ***EARLY SHOW STARTS AT 6PM SHARP, OVER BY 10:30PM***
I have been waiting for Friday to come for a while now. Greg Daly called me and was like "Hard Skin need a show on October 22nd" my only reply was "DONE!" CMJ ain't going to slow me down. Robert came through on a very over booked weekend of crappy shows with the venue. Every lame stupid band in the country who is trying to make it has a show booked at all my favorite Venues. So HARD SKIN will make their triumphant return to the grater NYC/Brooklyn Area @ Europa.
If you don't know HARD SKIN are the best band on the planet. Do you like punk? do you like fun? do you like to drink? do you like to laugh? They got it all. Its like if the Cockney Rejects were the stars of every show on Comedy Central. Do not miss this band.
Only the best openers for HARD SKIN. 1st on the bill is NYC's own distorted noise punks PERDITION, A wall of noise with chaos vocals. Next up is Boston's own THE RIVAL MOB. This band can do no wrong. Catchy riffs, hard breakdowns, and some angry fucking vocals. The last bit of business before HARD SKIN go on are none other then FORGETTERS, fronted my Blake Schwarzenbach (Jawbreaker). New Band from Brooklyn that i am very excited to see.
but in all seriousness please read this next part very carefully, consider yourself notified.
***THIS SHOW STARTS AT 6:00PM SHARP. FIRST BAND ON AT 7:00PM THE SHOW HAS TO BE OVER BY 10:30PM***
Ok then, I will see you all on Friday.
