Some news in the making form HARDCORE GIG VOLUME!
1.) The EDDY CURRENT SUPPRESSION RING /PISSED JEANS show at Market Hotel on June 19th is being moved to a new venue. Ric and Market Hotel have been having some problems with the local police so they advised me it may be in the best interest of the show to have it moved to a different venue. This will 100% happen. 2.) BLACKLISTED have been added to the CEREMONY /SKIN LIKE IRON /THE MEN show on Saturday, June 19th @ The Cake Shop. Very stoked about this. This show starts at 3pm and it will end by 7:45pm so you will all be able to make it to the EDDY CURRENT SUPPRESSION RING /PISSED JEANS show that will be later that night in Brooklyn (as per # 1)3.) THE PIST, legendary hardcore punk band from Connecticut will be playing some shows other then Chaos in Tejas this summer. On June 5th THE PIST will be playing a show at Club Europa in Brooklyn ( 98 Meserole Ave @ Manhattan Brooklyn, NY) w/ BRAIN KILLER and more to be announced
4.) Tickets are back up for the EDDY CURRENT SUPPRESSION RING /PISSED JEANS at the Cake Shop on June 18th. PS PISSED JEANS were amazing on Friday at the Kitting Factory. I can't wait to see them again.
5.) NIGHT BIRDS are probably one of my favorite local bands from NJ, Check out their 2 new 7"s on ART OF THE UNDERGROUND & GRAVE MISTAKES / DIRTNAP RECORDS This is Brain from Splitting Headache & Psyched To Die's new band with Dudes from HUNCHBACK & THE ERGS6.) Its nice outside, go do something!
